4th Floor of Mercer. I already stalked my assigned roommate and his FB says he'll be attending Harvard in the Fall...hmmm...

16th floor Mercer, assuming the first two numbers of the room number reveal the floor.
Has anyone heard anything about loan applications?

Haha, I guess we'll have to see how accurate his facebook is. He's the only person who came up when I searched his name (he has a unique name).puppleberry finn wrote:So what you are saying is...opening in mercer?Stanford4Me wrote:4th Floor of Mercer. D'Ag for me. I'm between floors 7-10. Is it weird that I already semi-stalked my flatmate? Also, have any of you guys joined those list groups?

I, too, got my housing assignment. What can I say? Quite excited--and quite nervous--to meet you all.

Re: NYU Class of 2013
through fbook stalking (10th floor of D'ag) it seems that a roommate is a 2L...is that normal? or do they typically try to put 1L's together?

Another vote for the 25th here.Sakura3210 wrote:Thaaaank yoou!!!!Tautology wrote:Committee on AdmissionsSakura3210 wrote:So, I'm trying to remember...was the envelope included with our enrollment docs (the questionnaire, etc.) addressed to the admissions office? I may have lost it...![]()
I'm going to say the 25th looks best. Place - I don't care, so long as it's affordable (no more job=not a heck of a lot of moneylegalnoeagle wrote:Let's pick a date and finalize our get-together. What kind of venue are we looking for? Classy or trashy? I know of places for both options.)
Also got my room assignment, 7th floor D'Ag, got my requested apartmentmate.

Re: NYU Class of 2013
I got my assignment on Monday. D'Agostino 9th floor. Requested a 2 br but got a 3 br, probably because I made a last minute roommate request. Oh well. I know one of the roommates, and the other one sounds really nice. And I'll save a little money this way.
All in all, I'm really excited.

Re: NYU Class of 2013
Hi guys, I've been in and out of country but back in NYC for all of June and almost all of July--mind counting me in for meet ups? I think I have to do something July 5th, maybe July 11th weekend but otherwise I'm free.
I'd prefer a slightly classier place as those are usually quieter and by that I mean that I'd actually like to talk to you guys as opposed to shout at you guys.
Is anyone planning to come into NYC before the semester starts--I'm not going to be in my apartment from July 30th till August 22nd (dates are flexible) and I'd like to sublet my br (it's a 2br on st. marks with the other br being taken by my brother). If interested email logins AT reyaz DOT com . I can send pictures, price in the email.
Else, hope to see you somewhat soon.

Haha yeah, I joined TLS a looong time ago and at the time I was obsessed with Stanford. Funny thing is, I didn't even apply to their school. I've been meaning to see if I can change my name....op-ti wrote:Stanford4Me wrote:4th Floor of Mercer. K, added you... this is a good point actually. So, legalnoeagle and other people who actually know New York, what lies at the intersection of quiet and cheap?fahd.reyaz wrote: I'd prefer a slightly classier place as those are usually quieter and by that I mean that I'd actually like to talk to you guys as opposed to shout at you guys.
