Hi guys. Thought I would drop in and see what was going on in here before I head off to bed. I was originally going to mercilessly torment you, but then I decided against it. If it makes y'all feel any better, I didn't sleep the night before any of my memos were due. In fact, I am pretty sure the earliest I ever finished was about 2 and a half hours before the deadline. As horrible as this class is, ACTUAL legal writing is no where near as bad.

Good luck. Guess I should get some sleep so I don't sleep in Patents tomorrow. It is a tiny class, and I am in the front row. I am pretty sure professor Rai would notice.

PS-I had Coleman for Torts as well. Yes she is merciless in the face of legal writing, but I am pretty sure she won't hold it against you long term if you screw up tomorrow. She is a reasonable human being too. Just make sure to come, and try your best not to sleep.

Hardest habit I've ever had to break. Was tempted to bring a PC.

Not even sure how you could figure out grade cutoffs when all we know is 3.3 is each class's median (but I admittedly had a very easy stats professor in undergrad). Graduating class's honor cutoffs are useless since the curve bumps up to 3.5. Just apply the gut feeling test: you know you did well if you smile when you see the numbers.

Just so y'all don't freak out when you inevitably wake up at 8 and start refreshing ACES like mad, there is a very good chance the grades wont actually be out tomorrow. Check once, but if they are not there just try and enjoy your weekend.
