John Goldberg?

I saw that Rubenstein is awesome so I'm psyched for Civ Pro!

btw, anyone know the dress attire for the mandatory orientation dates? or hell, the section dinner? the section photo and the like makes me assume its formal -- ?

man i hope not, but how awkward would it be if in the section photo, everyone's dressed up and there's this one guy thats totally out of place (i mean, even more so than he/i already would be haha)

i already look like i could be a fellow 1L's son lol

I am sure this questions has already been asked but I sure would appreciate any help.

I was wondering what a good way to obtain books would be. I will be in TX until August 25th so I am wondering what to do about procuring books. Should I 1) order books online (soon) and have them shipped to my TX residence before I leave for Cambridge 2) order books online (not as soon) and have them shipped to my MA on-campus residency 3) wait until I arrive on the 25th in MA and go buy the books in person at the COOP or 4) some idea much wiser than options 1-3?

My main concern is being ready for Day 1 assignments and reading as well as actually having the vast majority of my books. Are there any 2 or 3Ls who have some wisdom/past experiences for this amateur? I sure do appreciate any help. I look forward to meeting everybody here in a couple weeks.
