Does Westlaw provide a summary brief for that article? If so, it wins.
....so why should I use westlaw? (for those of us who were going to make a decision based on reward points and without time to read that long article)
It's shorter than it looks, mostly easily readable charts. A quick summary is that they ask law librarians at a variety of institutions a bunch of questions about westlaw and lexis. I don't remember a single time lexis won.

lol holy shit, no wonder our LARW instructor didn't want us to use westlaw next, its probably easier than finding things on google. I just signed into it, clicked on washington, and typed "at will employee discharge termination" and got both thompson and roberts as the #1 and #2 search result.
yeah I think I'll promptly forget all of the lesson about using legal encyclopedias and just use this instead. at least if I don't get a job I can move to india and do this for a living

6ish weeks in...what do you guys think?
here are a few impressions:
1. blocher is the shit.
2. torts can be mindnumbing.
3. softball is one of the highlights of the week (after blocher of course).
4. social life is far better than i thought it would.
5. where are all the minorities?

And yeah, everything's been incredible so far.

Especially your mentor, right? (Answer correctly or I'll make Alabama lose again!)
Also, my girlfriend just got an email from one of you and made fun of the initials in your Duke email address. You know who you are...ha!

Someday when I finish an office memo in 3 hours, I'll look back and laugh.

Oh ya, I should get started on that. Three hours seems like far too much time to spend on it though.

Who can panic when you've got beautiful concepts like offensive nonmutual collateral estoppel to ponder?

BTW, it's December 4th and it snowed like crazy today. This does not bode well for the middle of January.
