shouldn't all students get to access it for free? as if our 40k tuition wouldn't cover the cardio room???

It's housing that is set aside exclusively for Wash U grad students. The company is somehow underneath the umbrella of wash u, but it operates somewhat independently of the university.

It's the university owned housing company. They own a lot of properties around the campus area.

Dang that's amazing! At MSU I had to pay 175 a semester to use the IM facilities.

The courts aren't exactly wonderful but they are right next to the law school. If anyone does actually want to ball during school I'm a former collegiate player would love to whack some balls.

most california universities provide FREE usage as long as you're a student.

You'll find them in the admitted students portal where you pay your bill and all that. I don't think they've been set yet though. I remember seeing a link a few pages back that showed you the different section schedules that are available to be assigned to.

Does no one here indulge in non-country club sports? I like a good round of golf, but I'm going to go crazy if I can't play at least one of the big three. IM basketball/flag football/softball are where it's at.

I'm definitely in on some basketball. I like flag football and softball too, but it can just be hard to get enough people together sometimes. Golf and tennis are fun I'm just terrible at both of them.

The campus gym leaves a lot to be desired...anyone who's planning on working out more than once a week or so should definitely save the $50 and put it toward a membership at one of the local gyms. Most of them are pretty cheap.

Every FF team I've ever been on forfeited games/won by forfeit all the time. Softball's usually even worse.
