The bookstore will get them in the first few weeks of school. We won't need it for anything until then (or so I've been told).legallybrunette16 wrote:yes!! it isn't available on amazon or half.com. How about a facebook group? As fond as I am of TLS, I probably waste way more time there.Sgt. Pepper wrote:OK. So there's a few tennis players. Awesome. Any suggestions of how we should communicate and organize away from the unrelated chatter of this thread would be appreciated.mec30 wrote:I haven't played in a while either and I'm not very good, but I'm interested in playing more since the on-campus tennis courts are right next to where I live.pudge wrote:In too! Never got to play much in undergrad and missed it a lot.Sgt. If so, let me know. Tennis is something I NEED to do.
I would be up for squash in the winter as well. Maybe what we need is a "Cornell Racquet Sports" thread...
Also, and I feel dumb for asking since everyone else has figured it out, how does one get to know a section letter from a blackboard class list?

Totally missed this question. Here is the email I got:spaacecdt wrote:Does this mean ship on Aug 10 to arrive at a later date or packages may arrive on Aug 10?calicocat wrote:Thanks! I just emailed the housing advisor and she said we can send stuff starting august 10th.legallybrunette16 wrote:When I spoke with housing, they asked me not to send packages more than 2 days before arrival, as they do not have much storage room. Your Name
Hughes Hall, Room Number
Cornell University
Ithaca, NY 14853
"Hello,
You can send packages to Hughes starting August 10.
I hope this helps!"
Lol, it helped.

For those not on the facebook group:calicocat wrote:People who sent stuff to Hughes through amazon: how were you able to enter the address in?
If you put Hughes Hall for address line 1, and then put your suite number for line 2, Amazon will accept the address.

Don't worry. There will be plenty of opportunities to watch me be the pariah of the group once you get to know me.AdamatUCF wrote:Yeah, I was having fun watching CyLaw be a pariah, but I'm in section C also.acdisagod wrote:I'm mad late but add me to the section C list

Re: Serving Time in Ithaca (Cornell 2013)
Jeez I don't check this thing for two days and there are 5 new pages of posts!!
Add me to the B list please (am I the only one disappointed in not having 9am classes?)
Btw, I just moved up to Ithaca yesterday. My apartment is a shithole and I don't have Internet, so I'm bored as hell. If anyone is around and wants to hang out, explore, go book shopping, etc let me know.

That's pretty sad. You can have mine (gratis). I accidentally bought two last year. I don't even think I wrote in it. PM me if you want it, and I'll leave it in your flex.spaacecdt wrote:
