You're not better than me at pool but you're cockier about it, that's how I know it's you.

No problem, I couldn't remember whether it was in this thread or that one myself so I had to go back and check anyway.

For anyone who cares about such things, today is the last day to submit your own ID photo. Checking things off that list one by one...

True story: the photo I submitted is 5 years old and, probably, 10 lbs. ago. Oops.

Totally forgot about this. Is it safe to assume if we don't submit one they will take one for us during orientation?

Pay the post office obscene amount for a passport-sized headshot, mail to the school. Thank god for the internet!

I love how we are all doing this at the last moment. Didn't do it either. I should just take one from my office chair.

From the To Do List:
Steps
Submit ID Card Request with photo by July 12
Check back on July 20 for photo approval
Midnight Eastern is probably the cutoff since it is digital and they may take as long as 8 days to approve the photo.

Just submitted the photo. This was the message I got.Big Tuna wrote:Totally forgot about this. Is it safe to assume if we don't submit one they will take one for us during orientation?
"If the photo you sent meets the requirements, you can pick up your ID Card at your check-in event. If not, we will be in touch within 5 business days with further instructions."
Probably not a big deal if you don't do it. I'm sure they just take a photo while you're there.

Having worked with my undergrad's administration a lot through various activities I was a part of, my gut tells me that this "deadline" is really just a "guideline."Big Tuna wrote:From the To Do List:

What's the difference between just paying the tuition bill once a month and doing the installment plan?

i thought the installment plan is what allows you to pay it per month instead of by semester...acdisagod wrote:What's the difference between just paying the tuition bill once a month and doing the installment plan?

Re: Serving Time in Ithaca (Cornell 2013)
Yeah, regularly you pay in full before the semester starts.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
