Dunno how they define "urban" or "park" there, but a lot of those parks look anything but. Some of those are wildlife sanctuaries, and some are in the mountains.

Anyway, who cares. Forest Park is the biggest park I've ever seen in a city.

Dunno how they define "urban" or "park" there, but a lot of those parks look anything but. Some of those are wildlife sanctuaries, and some are in the mountains.

Lol I was just messing around when I posted the list. Haven't seen FP yet, but I'm really excited! If it's anything like Golden Gate/ Presidio in San Francisco, then it's amazing!

Forest Park is the biggest park I've ever seen, and it houses one of the nicest zoos in the United States. Pretty good for a city like St. Louis. What's more, St. Louis is home to the greatest team in all of baseball.

When I visited the school I stayed right by Forest Park and it is very beautiful. I would have to agree that it is one of the largest parks that I have seen.

In regards to st louis having the greatest baseball team, I didn't know the Yankees moved.

No kidding! A scholly increase the day deposits are due? That's amazing. I already submitted my $400 so I highly doubt I'd get anything more. Nice job NYY! I'm a Yanks fan, too, but am looking forward to watching Pujols hammer some bombs this year. Romo - I'll be with you at the stadium!

ive been waiting for a while to develop an allegiance to a quadruple A team, and although i thought it would be awesome to be a cubs fan, im def pumped to drink some beers at busch

also, i actually havent deposited yet. Im currently in Jerusalem and the internet i have access to sucks (yet i still make it to tls) but im getting yelled at in German whenever i try to submit my deposit, so i hope this works out. I sent a couple people in the administration emails expressing my commitment to the second deposit, and through all my iinteractions with them they have seemed like very reasonable people, but who knows how that will work out. Right now Jerusalem is far too interesting to bother with this stuff

I get it, Forest Park is not literally the biggest park. I just said that I thought that I remembered hearing that. Maybe it was the biggest "some type" of park or something. I'm sure we can grab an undergrad tour guide and beat the information out of them.

Going to STL July 1-2nd before swinging by KC to visit family for the 4th.

Going to look at the Carleton too, after hearing all these good things. We are also looking in Clayton/Demun, Richmond Heights. We were originally thinking Shaw, but it's a bit of a long commute since we only have 1 car and the wife will be using it.
