Anonymous user fail, but I used Kaplan's service and it was a total waste. The person would set up phone appointments and then miss them, the one time we did talk, her kid was crying in the background the whole time, we discussed places for me to apply to and she suggested utah (I had a 175 and wanted to practice in California), and then she sent me the edited version of my draft .... after the deadline to submit it.
