If you received the verification e-mail when you submitted your application online then they should all have been received. The only thing they were having an issue with was some of the resumes from the usajobs.gov site which they were waiting to receive from the personnel department. The contact number is the 1-800 number on the air force jag website.

I just received an offer via phone. I can't remember if this is a paid position or not. Does anyone know?

Yes it's paid, and it's 16 weeks. Congrats.
