I met the guy when I summered at R&G. Did some work on a pro bono case for him. Seemed like a really nice guy, although a bit on edge at times. This is quite surprising, but who really knows what lies in the hearts of men...

according to ATL he wasn't a corporate litigator but an IP litigator.
