Post-Callback Thank You -Card or Phone Call?

Hi

I was wondering what your thoughts are on calling to say "thank-you" as opposed to mailing a card after a callback?

Thanks!

Sounds like it could be awkward. If you must thank your interviewers AFTER your interview, I suggest you stick to email--and it should only be a single email.
