3L here with plans to join a big law firm upon graduation, but have not got a start date. I know I am deferred into at least the start of 2011; no idea when.
Anyone in a similar situation and has gotten a start date? I'm wondering if firms will set start dates around the same time, and if so when. I realize this question is a bit asinine, but any info makes me feel better

Thanks for the response. Yes, I am a 3L. I also have the impression firms are acting independently regarding start-dates, but I wanted to float this out there to see if there were any rumblings of coordination, or to at least compare.
