Benefits of JAG?

Post by PatMoore05 » Wed Oct 14, 2009 2:21 pm

I am a 0L and was taking a look at the JAG program for the various military branches. Does anyone know the career benefits (if there are any) of doing 4 years as a jag? Any tuition reimbursement (from my research, it doesn't look like it)? Future job prospects?

Thank you for your any info provided.

4 years active + 4 years reserve, general consensus is that exit options are good into things like AUSA / DA, not so much biglaw
