There's a whole thread about this on xoxo, seems like emails and phone calls have gone out for most if not all components.

Re: Did Anyone Hear From SLIP Yet?
I got a SLIP phone interview with DOJ Antitrust, but as I'm accepting an offer on Friday, I'm going to call to cancel it.
I've heard that DOJ does things on an extremely rolling basis. For instance, a lot of people DOJ initially calls are going to say no because they've already accepted offers or will soon. Then DOJ will move down the list and call more people.
