Anyone know anything about this firm's hiring process and namely, timeline between cb and offer? If you know anything -even anecdotes - I'll take them. About ready to call them in the next day or two but wanted to know what their turnaround time was like.

Also curious how their yield this year (cb/offer) was looking.

I had a callback in DC just before labor day and have heard nothing. I figure it's a ding.

I interviewed last year in one of their satellite offices and got an offer during a post-interview lunch. I ended up going elsewhere, but a classmate said the offer rate was 100% for that office.

Across all the offices, I've heard from a few days to a week at most.

Thanks. I did hear good news (offer) and it was almost exactly a week after my cb.

Sounds like they have a pretty efficient rolling process.

I got an offer over dinner, the same day as my CB. They were really on top of their game. Pretty impressive.

I got an offer exactly three weeks after my CB (which wasn't super-early). Got the impression it was because they had other people turn them down so slots were open.

Bump. Anyone have some insight? I have a CB with the DC office next week and would love to know if anyone has an offer from them yet and if so, what day it came on.

In the New York office for CLS students it typically runs about 2/3.

Your mileage may vary depending on office and school.

The callback/offer ratio at HLS was very good last year. 18/16 in DC and 17/16 in NYC.

That's good to hear. I'm at NYU and hopefully the numbers are similar for us.

Does anyone have any tips on what to focus on during the call back?

CB ratio at CLS for the DC office wasn't great: 2/5.

I have to believe the DC office is more selective, both in terms of grades and personality, given that they run the appellate practice out of there.

It's odd though that HLS would be 16/18. HLS is clearly better than CLS, but why have different offer/callback ratios?

What's the turnaround for DC in terms of callback to offer?

One day for some people, weeks for others. It really just seems to depend. Good luck, though!

What has the turn around time been like for the NY office?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
