Elite plaintiff-side boutiques paying close/at biglaw market rate

Post by Anonymous User » Sun Jul 06, 2025 2:15 pm

Hi everyone, does anyone have a current list of plaintiff-side lit boutiques in NYC that pay at/near big law market rate? Even down to 25% less total comp would be okay.

(It’s okay if the base pay is much lower, I’m more focused on all-in comp averaged over a 2-3 year horizon)

I would be coming from big law + a DC/NYC district court clerkship. Pursuing plaintiff-side boutiques feels like such an opaque recruiting experience and would love to hear some success stories if they’re out there!

Thanks in advance :)

BSF pays market plus above market bonuses. They’re about 50/50 P/D side though
