(Soft) IP lit exit options?
What are exit options for IP litigators whose practices focus primarily on copyright, trademark, and trade secrets? Are they competitive for in-house positions (and if so, which)?

They are competitive, but there are some few and far between IP Counsel roles in-house. Also you could potentially look at Product Counsel positions. Some big companies might have specific copyright or trademark counsel positions.
