Any big 4 tax attorneys can chime on in on their experiences? Received both offers with SALT MA being ~10% higher, which threw me off my decision making a little bit. I'm a little worried that SALT has a higher starting salary, but lower earning potential further down the line, as I understand international tends to pay better than SALT. Also, what does your day-to-day look like? Hoping to get some insight from associate/senior roles.
End goal is eventually to go client-side/in-house and I hear international tends to have more opportunities. Any insight appreciated, thank you.
