What to ask for when lateraling
Other than the obvious salary and bonus negotiations, what are some benefits / perks that people were able to negotiate as part of their lateral package? Curious if there's anything I should consider asking for.

Relocation, if moving cities; bar expenses if you need a new admission.
If you've been lured with promises about WFH, practice area, etc., would try to get those writing (not so you can bind the new firm, but so you have something to point to if they bait-and-switch you and you need to leave)
