Best Firms for International Students
Rising 2L international students here. I don't have a green card and will need one eventually because I don't want to go back to my home country. Just wanted to know which firms have the best green card policies. I heard some firms just wait until your H1B visa max out and let you go. Those are the ones I'll try to avoid. Would appreciate any insights. Thanks.

Care to elaborate? Like how many years do you expect to wait before they submit the I-458 for you?Anonymous User wrote: ↑Sat Jun 22, 2024 2:55 amSkadden and Gibson have very friendly green card policies
