Incoming first-year associate here. I asked for a change of offices from my SA office, and it was approved a few days after the last date to sign up for my new office's state's bar exam. I'm still signed up for the original bar I was supposed to take, and both are UBE. I've spoken to my new state's licensing bureau and they've quoted a 2-3 month timeline after they receive my score to be able to process C&F and get me licensed.
I assume that this isn't an issue, right? I'm just not sure that my firm knows or if I should point this out. I assume this happens at least somewhat often? Does it at all matter if you take a couple months longer than the rest of your entering class to get licensed?

Does not matter; more than a few junior associates are wildly delinquent on their application process (or have ticky-tack issues) and don't get sworn in until late in the year after they took the bar exam.
