Getting back into biglaw
Hi, I left biglaw voluntarily after a very short stint due to personal health conditions. What would be a good excuse to use if I got an interview for why I left?

Why not just say health problems? Either way, probably unlikely to get back in, especially in this market.

I don't want interviewers to think I can't handle the grind.
Any thoughts on how I could finagle my way back in the future? Particularly curious how to develop corporate experience outside of biglaw but also interested in lit lol

I've been out of the market for the past year and haven't been keeping up with hiring trends - it sounds like the lateral market is pretty bad for big law - is that right? It'd make sense...
