Yes it does. Last I checked it was the standard 50/75 (and whatever market is at the time for SCOTUS clerks).

They are probably above average but not terribly so and some of that is compensated for by (and due to) more opportunities for depos or to attend trial. My experience was some years I had really high hours (one notable one with two trials I think I was nearing 2400) and other years I had comparatively low hours (1800 at my lowest non-stub year).

One benefit of higher base pay but no bonuses (which results in below market pay starting somewhere around year 4/5/6 depending on when they've most recently given a raise compared to the rest of the market) is no need to worry about missing a bonus based on hours. The only pressure re: hours is that if you're on the low end multiple months in a row you'll start getting more and more calls from partners asking you to join their cases, and it'll be harder to say no.
