Intentional Lay Off

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Aug 22, 2023 12:56 pm

Has anyone ever (successfully) tried to orchestrate a layoff? If so, how did you go about it? Specifically, I want the 3-4 month salary payout.

Not worried about future references, bridges being burned, etc.

You can probably just aggressively turn work down, half ass your work, don't be super responsive, etc.? Then you get the bonus time to chill before you officially get the word.
