mistake on resume = C&F issue?

Post by Anonymous User » Wed Jul 26, 2023 11:48 am

to keep my anonymity, going to be vague:

i have a couple computer programming licenses that are good for 5 years, but you must pay a bi-annual fee to keep current. apparently i missed the renewal date this past January and they were suspended which i had no idea about (they are still "Good" for 5 years from the date of exam). applied to some jobs with them -- i just checked my certs (to print PDF versions of them) and saw i missed the membership fee. i paid it immediately and everything is back to normal/showing correctly as active/valid.

this was not intentional and i set myself a reminder to log into the accounts annually and pay the maintenance fee ($150). could this somehow come back to bite me in the ass? i still earned the certs as represented on my resume (good through 2028), i just didnt realize they had suspended/paused at the time i sent the apps.

Nobody will care. Forget about this.

Thanks. I updated the firms as well and they didn't seem to care at all. I just hate making mistakes and don't want to seem like I'm hiding anything.
