S&C callback on Wednesday and still no offer Forum

I’m kind of freaking out. Did anyone else have to wait more than two days for an offer from S&C? Is it possible to get one over the weekend??

It took me a week to get an offer. Breathe. It's not coming over the weekend.

There are soooooo many reasons why making this kind of decision takes longer than 2 days. Way too early to panic.

Really? That's reassuring. I thought they typically sent offers in 1-2 days but maybe that's old info

Be patient with them. They're probably just waiting to see if the better-qualified candidates accept their offers first.

My pre-OCI S&C offer took a month to come, so don't worry about it

In the same boat here as OP (callback last week but crickets since then). I’ve seen some offers trickle out for some ppl that interviewed last week so a bit nervous for sure, but fingers crossed for us all!!

For those that have interviewed, did the interviewers say anything about a timeline for hearing back? Curious what the norm is for hearing back.

datapoint: interviewed Friday morning, HR person said they'd try to get back ASAP next week with a yes/no (but might be tricky with the holiday); offer by phone yesterday afternoon

That's kinda a dope move lol. I did virtual recruiting but the offer was later that day after being heavily telegraphed in the interview
