Tips for S&C callback?
I have one next Friday and this is my first one so I’m freaking out a bit. Do they ask behavioral questions? Are there specific things (other than their generalist approach) that I should mention to show enthusiasm? Also is the high CB to offer rate still valid?

Mine a couple years ago was extremely relaxed and felt like more of a get-to-know-you than an interview. If you can form sentences you'll be ok

I did a callback in '21 - no behavioral questions, very conversational. Felt more like a vibe check than anything else. Not sure about the high CB -> offer rate. It is still decently high, but it seems to have gone down at my school in the last few years

Re: Tips for S&C callback?
When I was going through recruitment in like 2020 it was sort of well known that S&C has an absurdly high callback to offer ratio so my advice is don't feel like you need to stand out. If anything, just be normal and presentable—they want to give you an offer at this stage. Contrast that with says DPW which gave a lot more callbacks but the callback to offer ratio was much lower.
