Conflicts timing for lateral
Had first round of lateral interviews that went really well, they told me I would be great fit etc. they followed up in 24 hours. I am excited to interview and almost definitely want to join. They asked for my conflicts list now to expedite before next round if possible. Any reason not to give them in advance?
