Federal Public Defender Interview Prep
I'm getting ready for an assistant federal public defender interview. Currently in biglaw with pre-firm relevant experience. Can anyone recommend resources to prepare for the hypo section of the interview? Many thanks!

Hey, AFPD here and had a similar path to yours. My office actually didn't do a hypo scenario with me (I think they knew I didn't have a ton of crim xp). They asked me about one of my writings I had done and then just asked me why I wanted the job and my courtroom xp. That was about it. I had 2 rounds of interviews, I believe and it took them quite awhile to get back to me. So if they take awhile don't despair! I do know many of the offices do hypos though, but I know not all of them do. Sorry I couldn't be of more help!
