For corporate, this is a respected group brought over from Jones Day to build a PE platform at Shearman, which I think is typically viewed as a more cap markets focused firm. Scott Cohen is very well respected in Dallas. Was at Weil for a number of years when the office was at its strongest.

Second corporate group kudos. I personally know some of the folks there and is generally straightforward team.
It's pretty heavy associates to partner ratio, so you would want to get a few contacts from other places like New York to help get workflow.
