What's your firm's fertility/egg freezing benefits?
I know a lot of big tech companies will cover fertility/adoption/egg freezing services. Curious to know what policies biglaw firms generally have.

Ours will cover I think 50% with a lifetime limit of $10k? This includes various fertility treatments, including egg freezing. It was introduced a few years back after associates asked for it. It's not amazing but it's better than nothing, and was pretty much calibrated to cover 50% of 2 rounds of IVF given the average price several years ago.
