Any familiary/opinions on Fenwick FLEX or SYKE?

Post by Anonymous User » Tue Nov 15, 2022 8:57 pm

Anyone worked under Fenwick FLEX or SYKE? If unfamiliar with the concept, basically you're employed by either of those organizations, make a base salary (with some variations depending on whether you're working full or part-time), and are then seconded out for 3-6 month stints to whatever companies hire Fenwick FLEX/SYKE to provide them a legal team. Your job is to basically be temporary in-house counsel for companies in need of additional legal help. I can't find data points on concrete salaries - I've seen Biglaw-esque numbers (200k+) but am curious about anecdotes.

Curious to hear if anyone's had good/bad experiences with these alternative work arrangement type of groups?
