Hey guys - anyone have insight into the Latham NYC real estate group? I like that the majority of partners in the group are women but interested in culture, hours, etc.
For context, interviewed at KE real estate and have been told to expect an offer soon. But, based on the threads here about that group, definitely going to decline it. That said, I noticed one partner in the Latham group (I think the dude who made law 360 rising star) came from KE so that seems to be a worrying sign.

Re: Latham NYC Real Estate
I've worked across from them on a number of deals and they seem like decent, relatively laid back people. Don't want to over-generalize based on just a few anecdotal experiences, and Latham NYC will still likely be a sweatshop to some degree given its V10 status, but I will say they were fairly pleasant to work with.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Tue Sep 13, 2022 3:54 pmHey guys - anyone have insight into the Latham NYC real estate group?
