3rd round interview
Recently, I have been interviewing with a vault 100 law firm. I sent my resume in and the same day got a call for an interview. I have been working with a recruiter as well. The firm scheduled two different interview days at once. The first day was with the co-chair of the practice and another partner. The second interview day was with three more partners. The office is a satellite office and I met with all the partners that I would work with (as stated by the partners in the interview). After one week from my second interview, I received word that they wanted to schedule a third interview. Importantly, the first two interviews were remote and the third interview they want me to come in and meet with the same people. Is this a bad or good sign?
