I am currently interviewing with firms in a different city from where I currently am in hopes of moving (my current firm does not have an office there & I am already admitted to the bar in the state I am hoping to move to).
If I do get an offer for the new city, do firms give a period of time for you to move (say like within 6 months-1 year of starting)? Or are they flexible with that given COVID-remote work world? Would I be allowed to work from the office the firm has in the city I'm currently in until I can move? Or are these just thing I'd need to negotiate if I got an offer?
Any advice & prior experiences with people who have done this would be appreciated!
