Got an offer from V50 firm. They didn't offer signing bonus or anything...
I will start in a few months. At which point I am losing all my year end bonus for this year.
Should I ask either signing bonus or guaranteed year end bonus?
What should I say?
I am worried that it may offend them.
Also is it not a good market timing to ask for these?
