What are the rough firm tiers for Bay Area corporate work?

This needs a lot more specificity because the primarily EC/VC firms are basically on an entirely separate scale from the traditional biglaw M&A (PE and otherwise) and cap markets shops and several of the EC/VC firms have grown up enough to be counted in the latter.
