Associate Orientation
So are there going to be awkward orientation activities for incoming associates or do they usually just throw you right into work?

There are a bunch of trainings and some orientation programming but mostly you just learn on the job.

Sat through a bunch of videos the first few days with about once a week random trainings after. You learn on the job tho.
