Will be lateraling shortly. Assuming the new firm is ok with it, thinking about waiting a few weeks to put in my notice and floating while being paid. Anyone have experience with such a strategy?
Obviously would not burn any bridges, but would not go above and beyond, look for work, or accept new work. I think I could get by working very little.
