Conflicts check - as a 3L who changed firms?
Am I expected to ask my previous firm where I summered for a list of matters I worked on? Per the usual summer experience I touched a handful of matters, but b/c my involvement was superficial cannot remember anything about them (not even the exact client names for some)... What's my new firm expecting here/what is obligated on my part??

Yes, reach out to your old firm and ask for:
1. Client name
2. Description of work completed (if you don’t remember)
3. Opposing client
These weren’t as important for me for the conflicts clerk.
4. Open or Closed status
5. Opposing firm
I was asked this when I did the same as you.
