Considering offers from a V40 firm and a UK Magic Circle firm.
Litigation/investigations, non-U.S. office.
While I like people at both firms, I find the difference in revenue per lawyer interesting. V40 firm's RPL is >$1.4 million, whereas Magic Circle firm's RPL is just ~$0.8 million. Should I give much weight to RPL at all?

On the other hand, why would you give magic circle status any weight (unless you're planning to lateral abroad)?

Sorry, I missed it in the OP. Vault is pretty much meaningless if we're talking oversees so I was a bit thrown off. No, RPL likely isn't any indicator.
