Switch to TTG at Bay Area Firm
Currently a general corporate summer at one of the tech focused bay area firms (Cooley, WSGR, Goodwin, Fenwick, Gunderson) and have just received the opportunity to switch and focus specifically on Tech Transactions. My gut says to go with tech trans, the hours seem marginally better and the exit opps seem much better. Is there something I'm overlooking here?

Why did you initially pick general corporate? Are you actually interested in tech transactions? What is your ideal exit option? (FAANG? pubco? VC? etc)Anonymous User wrote: ↑Mon Jun 06, 2022 5:06 pmCurrently a general corporate summer at one of the tech focused bay area firms (Cooley, WSGR, Goodwin, Fenwick, Gunderson) and have just received the opportunity to switch and focus specifically on Tech Transactions.
