Latham LA interviewing timeline?
Anonymous because my posting history contains identifying info and I doubt they've interviewed many people so far.
I had a screener with Latham LA earlier this week and I'm really excited about the firm. Most of the information I've found on TLS and reddit is about the callback to offer timeline, and it's usually not about the LA office. Anybody know how long it usually takes to hear back about a callback after a screener?

Last year, I had my screener on 7/2; I got the callback invite on the 9th, did the callback on the 21st, and received an offer on the 26th.

Hi, thanks for sharing. Also, do you remember if your offer was via phone or email? Sorry, excuse my neuroticism hahaAnonymous User wrote: ↑Fri May 27, 2022 12:16 amLast year, I had my screener on 7/2; I got the callback invite on the 9th, did the callback on the 21st, and received an offer on the 26th.

Another data point: last year, two screeners on 6/17; callback invite later that day; two days of callback interviews on 6/24 and 6/25 and offer over the phone later on 6/25. It was extremely quick for me.

The anon above here. I've never heard of offers coming via anything other than phone call (at least at first). Latham called.Anonymous User wrote: ↑Fri Jun 10, 2022 2:28 pmHi, thanks for sharing. Latham interview timeline
Day 0 - Apply.
One week - one month - Interview
Two weeks later - Call back.
Weeks later - Start date.
The very moment the economy starts to tank - Lathamed.
Then you start at Day 0 again, but with a different firm.
