Hello all,
I need some urgent help: I have completed all the 18 video courses on NYLC but the system still says "courses completed 17/18". I am, therefore, unable to register for the June exam (deadline for registration is May 17th). I noticed that one of my completed course is marked as "completed" but without a timestamp. I will call the support team first thing tomorrow morning but would appreciate any help before that to solve this problem.

Check out if a public library computer/friends computer using a different browser does the trick.

That also didn't work. Thanks, though. Will check with customer support tomorrow and post the solution here. A couple folks had this exact issue a couple years ago but the solution wasn't posted.
