NYLE registration problem

Hello all,

I need some urgent help: I have completed all the 18 video courses on NYLC but the system still says "courses completed 17/18". I am, therefore, unable to register for the June exam (deadline for registration is May 17th). I noticed that one of my completed course is marked as "completed" but without a timestamp. I will call the support team first thing tomorrow morning but would appreciate any help before that to solve this problem.

I've run into technical glitches on the NYLC recently and switching the browser (from Safari to Firefox) and nuking the cache fixed the problem.

Check out if a public library computer/friends computer using a different browser does the trick.

That also didn't work. Thanks, though. Will check with customer support tomorrow and post the solution here. A couple folks had this exact issue a couple years ago but the solution wasn't posted.

Ok, the customer support person did it from the backend. Took all of thirty seconds!
