I am working with a recruiter to lateral as a specialist and a junior at a V30 in a regional market. Had one interview process advance relatively far over a few weeks but unfortunately that opportunity fell through.
Does anyone have any insight on the lateral process as a specialist? I am worried about timing with the economy the way it is, and I feel like that puts time pressure on this switch.

Re: Lateral Process as a Specialist
It's the exact same process. Just apply broadly. No use in reading tea leaves.
