So far as a corporate junior with ADHD, I've enjoyed ECVC and CapM stuff the most. ECVC deals tend to be more similar to each other than other areas, so the knowledge builds pretty fast and you have a solid repertoire of precedent to work from after a short amount of time. CapM stuff I like because, at the junior level at least, it's been very mechanical. Circle-ups, marking up printer proofs, etc., are easy tasks to get hyperfocused on that don't require a ton of brainpower.

Ymmv but on the disputes side, I prefer investigations to litigation. The turnaround times are faster, it’s easier to get in-the-weeds and hyper focus on facts, more of a “go-go-go” pace. Standard litigation is tough if you come in within the middle of a sloggish discovery period and realize that either (i) the deadlines are all flexible and (ii) the majority of docs to be reviewed are dupes, irrelevant, and boring

I will second that if it is possible to avoid doc review, avoid it. Having people assume you don't know what's responsive or not, or privileged or not, when you understand both just fine but have been tasked with the most non-ADHD-friendly assignment imaginable, sucks.
