Anyone have any information on what Senior associates make at Littler/JL/Fisher etc? What about shareholders? I'm in a smallish market (think Omaha/Linc/OKC) and am at a mid-sized firm. I make 85k a year (junior) but will make partner if I stay the course (about another 5-6 years)- Associates don't really go much over 100k here (possible to reach 115 maybe but it's a blackbox and I only know what one other mid level makes). Partners range from 175-350 at my current firm (some a bit higher, but seems to be the average). Just curious what the L&E Boutiques offer in similar markets, especially to more senior folks and partners. TY all
And idk if it makes a difference, but we have no billables at my current firm. I probs bill 1700ish?

Re: L&E Boutiques vs. Midlaw
OP here. I guess what I'm asking is what would financially be the better option here? At the L&E group I'd certainly be making more for the next 5-8 years, probs comparable pay once partner at the L&E group vs current midlaw.
Would it be worth swapping to a practice I enjoy more and working more hours for more pay?
Staying at my current place, mix of practices that I don't all enjoy but am fine with, faster chance to being partner, less pay for next 5-8 years, better QOL.
