Issuer/Borrower-Side Corporate Finance?
1L that’s heard this is the area with the best exits out of biglaw. What are the top firms for this type of work and if there’s anyone that’s made the exit from this area that would be helpful.

If you're a 1L worried about exits, focus on M&A not finance.

Idk where you heard this. I’m in this group and have interviewed at over 40 in-house jobs and no offers.

Or like Tech Transactions. Capital Markets (as long as you do some work on filings) should be better too. I don't think finance is anywhere close to top of the list.Definitely Not North wrote: ↑Fri Apr 01, 2022 10:23 amAnonymous User wrote: ↑Thu Mar 31, 2022 7:51 pmIf you're a 1L worried about exits, focus on M&A not finance.
