Greenberg DC
Does anyone know if Greenberg pays market (205) in DC? I know their bonuses are typically below market, but just curious from a base level.

Yes they pay old market. That said, I wouldn’t take GT DC unless you had either a very specific practice group you were looking at that they have and others don’t (I can’t think of any) or it’s your only option. Most people choose Greenberg Traurig because it’s their only option or at least their only (old scale) market paying option. But some minor extra $$ over a non-market firm in DC with a stronger practice is a bad move imho. I would stay away from GT if you can — a lot of toxic partners, bad culture, firm is cheap, substantive experience is terrible compared to most other Vault firms.
